Aseptic Flush Bottom Valve is used for the discharge of reaction containers in clean industries such as pharmaceuticals, biology, fine chemicals, and food processing. This valve has the advantages of discharging materials, no residue, no leakage, and good sealing performance. When using an agitator, the bottom material of the container can fully rotate with the water flow when the agitator is opened to evenly mix the material. The valve is installed at a 35 degree angle to provide self-cleaning function for material discharge, making equipment maintenance more convenient in space. The valve is polished with a mirror surface with a roughness of 0.2-0.45 μ m. The use of valves is cleaner.

Technical Summary
This utility model relates to a aseptic tank bottom valve, which includes a tank bottom valve body, where in the tank bottom valve body includes a suitable valve body and a valve cover, a valve chamber is set inside the valve body, and a valve core is matched with it, and the valve core is made of PTFE. The valve core includes an integrated valve core part and an elastic part, and a hollow structure is set inside the valve core part, and at least one elastic support is set inside the hollow structure, A valve stem through hole is set at the center of the valve cover, and a valve stem fixedly connected to the valve core is inserted into the through hole of the valve stem.
A special steam port can be added to Xusheng &Compass radial diaphragm valves for steam in place or flush through, whilst in-site. This feature solves downsteam problems and speed product changeover
