We all know that sampling valve is a valve processing industry that allows the use of representative fluid (gas, liquid, fluidity, solid or mud) tests (for example, through physical measurement, chemical analysis, microbiological inspection), usually for identification, quality control or regulatory evaluation . But little of us know the working principle of sampling valve. So let us go to see the working principle of the pneumatic Sanitary sampling valve.

Working principle of double opening sampling valve
Double-open valve is a more common sampling valve with safe and stable sampling characteristics. It usually consists of two connected ball valves. Sampling process: first close the A valve in the double-opening sanitary valves near the equipment and the pipeline; then open the B valve to let the medium flow into the space between the two valves. Close valve B and open valve A; place the sampling container on the sampling port to contain the sampling medium.
Working principle of flange pinch valve
The principle of the flange pinch valve is to seal through the cone on the top of the valve stem and the cone of the valve seat. When sampling, please use the position of the handwheel to lift the valve stem to separate the valve stem from the cone. The medium can flow into the external sampling container.
Working principle of pneumatic Sanitary sampling valve
The aseptic pneumatic Sanitary sampling valve is a special valve used for sterilization and disinfection before and after each sampling operation, and is suitable for the industrial chain with extremely high hygiene requirements.
The structure of aseptic pneumatic Sanitary sampling valve mainly includes sealing rubber sleeve, storage room, sampling port, stainless steel thimble, spring, thimble sleeve, manual knob (the difference between automatic aseptic sampling valve and manual valve is whether pneumatic device is used). Its basic working principle is that when it is closed, the thimble is pushed by spring tension or other pressure, and the sealing head is pressed against the opening of the tank wall through the thimble to seal. When sampling is required, steam or other sterilizing medium is introduced into one sampling port, and the entire sampling cavity is filled with steam and discharged from another sampling port. After a certain period of time, the reservoir and sampling port are sterile. Then by twisting the knob and retracting the spring to disengage the sealant from the opening on the tank wall, the sleeve is loosened, so that the sample flows out of the tank through the sample chamber and is collected from the sampling port. After sampling, turn the knob to loosen the spring.
Working principle of plunger sampling valve
The plunger sampling valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, orifice frame, sealing ring, hand wheel and other parts. When the handle rotates, the valve stem drives the plunger to reciprocate up and down in the middle of the hole frame to complete the valve opening and closing function. In the sampling valve, an interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring. By adjusting the flange bolts in the gland, the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the hole surface of the valve body and the outer circle of the plunger, thereby ensuring the valve The airtightness prevents internal and external leakage. At the same time, the valve opening torque is small, and the valve can be opened and closed quickly.
Only by understanding the working principle and advantages of all kinds of sampling valves can we choose the one more suitable for ourselves and improve our working efficiency.
